Georgia and Czech Republic are fighting for their lives at Euro 2024 this weekend with the two sides both sitting without a point after a defeat each.

Alongside Turkey and Portugal, Georgia and Czech Republic are in Group F. It was Portugal who defeated Czech Republic, but they needed to wait until deep into stoppage time to do so.

Concelcao got his first goal for Portugal by doing so, deep into stoppage time. As well as this, it was just his third cap after joining Porto this year following on from his impressive loan spell back at his boyhood club.

Georgia, however, lost quite convincingly in the end to Turkey. Georges Mikautadze did manage to get a goal in the first half of that game, as his side had five shots on target from 14 efforts in total. However, his equalising goal was not enough, as Turkey ran out 3-1 winners.

Mert Muluder got the opening goal against Georgia in that game, but the headlines were stolen by Arda Guler, who scored arguably the goal of the tournament so far with a stunning strike from range.

Muhammed Kerem Akturkoglu also netted in the dying embers of the game, as he managed to be part of eight shots on target for Turkey from a total of 22 efforts.
