That result means they are currently level on points with Neman Grodno in the table but are in 2nd place based on the head-to-head record between the two teams.
The draw at Torpedo BelAZ means Dinamo Minsk are undefeated in their last 3 fixtures in all competitions and have lost only 1 of their last 10 games.
The two recent wins have come over Belshina at home in the league and Zhodino Yuzhnoe away in the cup.
This will be the second successive season Dinamo Minsk have played in the Europa Conference League.
